I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposed project involves the adaptive reuse of the existing commercial buildings on the site located at 238 Sierra Manor Road in Mammoth Lakes, CA to 12 multi-family residential rentals. The existing garages are to remain as such.
Site: Access Apartments are located on a .39 acre infill site, shown on the site map. The Project will include on site infrastructure improvements including a new water meter and rehabilitation of the parking and driveway.
On-site improvements include the replacement of the existing water meter to a larger meter to
accommodate the added fi.”‘i:tures, and resurfacing the existing parking and driveway.
Schedule: The estimated are to be provided by December 4, 2017.
