The Town of Mammoth Lakes is currently in the process of updating its Housing Element for the period of 2014-2019. The Housing Element is a state-mandated component to the General Plan of the Town. The report examines current and future housing needs and identifies public and private solutions to increase safe, decent, and affordable housing and housing choices in Mammoth Lakes.

During the process of updating the report the Town must conduct public outreach. A Public Workshop will be held on Wednesday, April 9th, during the Planning and Economic Development Commission regular meeting at 2:00 PM in Suite Z.
In addition to the public meeting, the Town has developed a Housing Survey in order for stakeholders to voice their opinions on local housing issues and programs.
The survey is anonymous and will only take a few minutes of your time. It is available in both English and Spanish at the links below:
